Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payment
  • Bookings must be made in advance via WhatsApp or Email.
  • Website booking is currently not available.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received.
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins
  • All / Food Studios reserves the right to accept or refuse any booking.

2. Studio Time & Usage
  • Studio time starts and ends exactly at the booked time.
  • The booking time includes setup, shooting, and cleaning.
  • Late arrival will not extend your session
  • Any extra time used, even by a few minutes, will be charged as a full additional hour.
  • The studio must be cleaned and vacated before the end of the booking time.

3. Additional Services (Important)
  • If you require studio props, additional equipment, a photographer, or a food stylist, this must be informed at the time of booking.
  • Charges for these services will be additional and quoted separately.
  • Availability of props, equipment, photographer, or food stylist is subject to confirmation.
  • Requests made on the day of the shoot are not guaranteed and may attract additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

48 hours or more prior to the scheduled booking:
  • Clients may reschedule the booking once at no additional charge, subject to studio availability, or request a full refund of the deposit.

Less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking:
  • The booking deposit will be retained and is non-refundable.

No-shows or same-day cancellations:
  • Failure to attend a confirmed booking without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Once the booking time has commenced:
  • No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided.

Studio-initiated cancellations:
  • If All / Food Studios must cancel due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling.

5. Studio Rules
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio.
  • Fire, candles, fireworks, smoke, or flammable materials are not allowed without prior approval.
  • Loud or offensive music is not permitted.
  • Pets are not allowed without prior approval.
  • The maximum number of people allowed will be shared at the time of booking; extra people may be charged.
  • The studio is under video surveillance at all times.

6. Cleanliness Policy
  • The studio must be left in the same condition as received.
  • Use of messy materials (powder, flour, confetti, fake blood, oils, etc.) requires prior approval.
  • A cleaning fee or deposit may be charged if excessive cleaning is required.
  • Food is allowed only for shooting purposes. Eating inside the shooting area is not permitted.

7. Equipment, Props & Backdrops
  • All studio equipment and props are provided in good condition.
  • Any damage, loss, or misuse will be charged at repair or replacement cost.
  • Paper backdrops are charged per foot once used or damaged.
  • Cutting, stepping on, or damaging backdrops will be chargeable.

8. Damage & Responsibility

The booking holder is fully responsible for:
  • Any damage to studio property or equipment
  • Any loss during the booking time
  • The behavior of all accompanying persons
  • Repair or replacement charges must be paid as assessed by the studio.
9. Personal Belongings
  • All / Food Studios is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
  • Please take care of your valuables at all times.

10. Conduct & Safety
  • All / Food Studios is a professional shared space.
  • Any illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate termination of the session without refund.
  • All safety instructions provided by studio staff must be followed.

11. Liability Disclaimer
  • Use of the studio, equipment, and props is at your own risk.
  • All / Food Studios is not liable for injury, accidents, or losses during the booking period.

12. Force Majeure
  • All / Food Studios is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including power failure, weather conditions, government restrictions, or emergencies.

13. Governing Law
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kuwait.
